A new barrio is developing at the length of some gullies in a mountain zone, the easiest area to access on a steeply mountain and establish a settlement.
But ironically this area would be the most dangerous to live in during the rainy season, when the grown gullies overflow the ravine (quebrada) sweeping away anything on its way down.
